Guaranteed property purchase
A chance to sell a large property today with guaranteed payment. Acquisition of commercial real estate worth $10M or more on deferred terms, with staged payments on an agreed schedule. Payment obligations are secured by a bank guarantee.
High-yield property sale through development
Your property can be sold for more than its current market value. An investment programme that lets property owners increase the sale price of commercial real estate by taking part in development projects and capitalising its value into square metres, which can raise the sale price substantially.
