AL PARI DEVELOPMENT is a consolidated group of companies specialising in its own residential development projects. Drawing on the capital, operating assets and investment experience of AL PARI GROUP, we are developing promising areas of housing construction, building a portfolio of new projects and expanding our presence in Ukraine’s residential property market.
Alongside investment in our own residential complexes, a priority for AL PARI DEVELOPMENT is the innovative credit and investment programme “Residential Property Trade-in”. The programme offers alternative financial models for buying a home, giving buyers more ways to improve their housing and to buy property in the group’s projects.

The programme widens buyers’ options, stimulates residential sales and creates additional demand for homes in the group’s development projects.
