About AL PARI GROUP

AL PARI GROUP is a Ukrainian financial and investment group of companies that brings together operating businesses, its own assets and investment projects across several sectors of the economy. The group’s activities cover international trade, the acquisition and development of companies, commercial property management, investment in industrial and mining companies, and investment in agriculture and development. Its experience and established business structure allow the group to keep expanding its investment activity and to develop new areas of commercial cooperation.

About the group

Financial and investment group

AL PARI GROUP’s investment activity rests on its own capital, a substantial portfolio of operating assets and many years of experience delivering large projects. The group sets its own investment strategy and works with a permanent circle of investors and business partners, without raising capital publicly.

Business reputation, meeting our commitments and long-term partnerships remain AL PARI GROUP’s constant principles. Practical experience of acquiring, developing and successfully selling companies and assets is the foundation for further growth and for new investment projects.

History

History and investment experience

AL PARI GROUP’s history is one of steady growth in investment, beginning with stand-alone projects and the acquisition of operating companies. From 2008 the group’s investment activity expanded step by step into new industries and areas of the economy. In 2015 the companies and projects built up by then were brought together under the single AL PARI GROUP brand. The group’s historical portfolio also includes earlier investment projects that became part of its formation.

The group’s investment history includes building companies from scratch, acquiring operating businesses, financial turnarounds, expanding production capacity and developing international trade. Projects that have completed the full investment cycle — from acquisition and development to sustained profitability and a successful sale to new investors — hold a special place.

The capital built over these years, the current asset portfolio and the results of completed projects define AL PARI GROUP’s scale today and lay the foundation for the further growth of its investment business.

$500M

Mission

AL PARI GROUP’s mission

Our mission is to create new opportunities for Ukrainian business by combining investment capital, entrepreneurial experience and international commercial relationships into effective economic solutions.

AL PARI GROUP’s mission goes beyond conventional investing. We put our own capital into growing operating companies, acquiring and creating new assets, expanding international trade and running our own investment programmes. Our work is aimed at building long-term economic value, developing promising lines of business and widening cooperation with Ukrainian entrepreneurs.

Supporting national production holds a special place in the group’s strategy. Using its own financial resources, operating assets and international trade relationships, AL PARI GROUP designs programmes that help agricultural, industrial and mining companies sell their products on better terms, expand capacity and build stable commercial relationships, even in wartime and amid unstable markets.

We see AL PARI GROUP’s long-term future in steadily expanding its investment activity, developing its own companies and creating new opportunities for our partners. The success of this strategy is measured not only by the group’s financial results but also by the growth of the companies we invest in, the scale of completed projects and our contribution to Ukraine’s economic strength.

Values

AL PARI GROUP’s values

We invest in real assets, operating companies and promising lines of business, where invested capital becomes the basis for growth in production, trade and commercial property. For AL PARI GROUP, investing means taking a direct part in building and developing a business, creating its value and achieving concrete economic results.

Business reputation and responsibility

AL PARI GROUP’s reputation is built on its track record of completed projects, on meeting its commitments and on consistency in business relationships. We keep to contractual discipline, take responsibility for our decisions and respect our partners’ interests. These principles shape how the group works with companies, investors and asset owners.

Entrepreneurial initiative and our own solutions

We see changing market conditions not only as a source of risk but as an opportunity to develop new lines of business. Combining capital, operating assets and international commercial relationships, AL PARI GROUP creates its own investment and trade programmes, offering the market alternative models of cooperation and new ways to meet commercial goals.

Partnership and mutual economic benefit

We believe long-term cooperation rests on each party’s economic interest. AL PARI GROUP builds relationships with partners on aligned commercial interests, transparent agreements and mutual responsibility. We look for deals in which the financial result goes together with the prospect of a lasting business relationship.

Investment discipline and growth of capital

Every AL PARI GROUP investment decision rests on an assessment of the project’s economic potential, its financial model, risk structure and prospects. We keep expanding our asset portfolio, improving the efficiency of operating companies and directing capital to areas able to deliver long-term growth in business value.

Developing Ukrainian production

Supporting Ukrainian producers is one of AL PARI GROUP’s strategic priorities. We put our own financial and commercial capabilities into programmes for buying finished products, organising regular sales, expanding production capacity and investing in operating companies. These programmes matter most in wartime, when keeping production going, access to markets and the chance to grow decide whether a business stays economically resilient.
