Owning a company means more than profit: it means constant decisions, investment and risk
An industrial company is a complex production business that needs constant management, funding and adaptation to a changing market.
- Production risks
- Power supply interruptions, the condition of equipment, unplanned downtime and the need to keep production running without a break.
- Sales markets and logistics
- Changes in demand, product prices, export conditions, transport routes and logistics costs directly affect the company’s profitability.
- Modernisation and working capital
- Renewing equipment, expanding production capacity, buying raw materials and funding the operating cycle all require extra investment.
- Operational management
- Managing staff, production processes, supply, costs and contract performance calls for the constant involvement of the owner or the management team.
Selling the company lets the owner raise investment capital for new opportunities and hand further management to a new owner.
A company’s value is set by its economics, its assets and its potential for growth
AL PARI INDUSTRIES values each company individually, taking into account its results, production capabilities, asset structure and prospects for further growth.
The company’s current economics
-
Revenue and orders
Actual sales volumes, current contracts, customer structure, stability of demand and the markets for the products.
-
Operating costs

-
Financial result
Operating profit, cash flow and the company’s ability to generate income steadily.

Liabilities and investment needs

AL PARI GROUP portfolioSeven reasons to consider a direct sale of your company through our programme
A direct buyer
You negotiate directly with an investment group that wants to buy the company, with no intermediaries.
A fast investment decision
We quickly establish our investment interest, carry out a preliminary valuation and move on to agreeing the terms of the acquisition in detail.
Full payment
We pay the agreed value of the company in full, under the terms and payment schedule set out in the contract.
Management and risks pass to the buyer
Once control of the company passes, further management of production, operating tasks and future investment become the new owner’s responsibility, as set by the terms of the deal.
Capital for new opportunities
Selling the company lets the owner raise capital for new business projects, investments or other personal goals.
Individual deal terms
We take into account the specifics of the company, its ownership structure and asset base, and agree individual terms for the acquisition, payment and transfer of rights.
Protection from military risks
Selling the company lets the owner turn the value of industrial assets into cash and reduce exposure to military risks linked to possible damage to, destruction of or stoppage of production capacity.
From first contact to acquiring the company: three stages in order
General information about the company is enough to start negotiations. A full set of documents is not needed at the first stage.
- Stage 1
You present the company
You provide general information on the line of business, location, products, production capacity, main assets, financial indicators and the expected value of the company.
- Stage 2
We study the business and agree terms
We carry out a preliminary valuation of the company, establish our investment interest and discuss the possible price and structure of the acquisition.
Once the terms are agreed in principle, we arrange a financial, legal and technical review of the company.
- Stage 3
We sign the deal and pay
We agree the final terms of the acquisition, prepare the necessary contracts, arrange the transfer of corporate rights or specified assets and pay in full under the terms of the deal.
The way rights are transferred, and the timing and terms of payment, are set individually for each deal.
